IntelliPlexTM RET/NTRK1 Rearrangement Kit

The IntelliPlex^TM RET/NTRK1 Rearrangement Kit is a qualitative molecular assay for the detection of gene rearrangements on variants KIF5B-RET, CCDC6-RET, NCOA4-RET, TRIM33-RET, CUX1-RET, CD74-NTRK1, and MPRIP-NTRK1 of the RET/NTRK1 genes.  The kit offers a broad coverage of 14 variants in a single well by using the one-step RT-PCR and πCode MicroDisc technologies.
