The IntelliPlex^TM KRAS Mutation Plus Kit is a qualitative molecular assay for the detection of clinically actionable somatic mutations on exons 2-4 of the KRAS gene. A total of 25 mutations can be identified in a single well by using πCode MicroDisc and the SelectAmp PCR Technologies.
